We are the newest hostel in Waikiki located in the White Sands Hotel & Hawaiian King, right at the heart of Waikiki, and 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach. | | We offer FREE airport pick-up, FREE breakfast with 2 eggs, 4 slices of bread, & coffee/tea/green tea. Come and join us for FREE pizza/beer nights on Saturdays, & FREE beer nights on Tuesdays
*if you book 4 consecutive nights. Reservations must be made in advance. Pick up time is 8:30 am to 9 pm. We accept 2 luggage per person, but do not pick up any surfboards/large items. Please make an alternative arrangement.

1. Take Bus 19: Waikiki-Airport-Hickam – Direction: Waikiki Beach & Hotels from Airport Upper Level on the Main Terminal
2. Get off at Kuhio Ave + Seaside Ave
3. Walk one block on Kuhio Ave toward Diamond Head and turn left on Noholani St. (takes about 1 min)

1. Follow signs to exit the airport and Take the ramp to I-H-1 E
>Drive 0.3 miles

3. Take exit 23 for Punahou St toward Waikiki/Manoa
>Drive 0.2 miles
4. Turn right onto Punahou St

5. Take the 1st right onto S Beretania St

IMPORTANT INFOTMATION ABOUT YOUR CHECK-IN
> Call us toll free when you land so that we can meet you for check in
> Our office is located in the White Sands Hotel at 431 Nohonani St. It is a 3-story white building with green awning locate at 431 Nohonani St
>Please call us for free from the front desk. The front desk does not work for us. You have to call us and see us in person at the lobby to come in. For any questions about the place/check-in, please call direct to us.
>Check in time is from 7:30 am to 11pm Hawaii time. Please note that our office is closed from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
>Rooms may not be readily available until 3:15 pm.
>When checking in, please prepare the followings:
1. VALID PASSPORT or VALID STATE ISSUED ID (must be 45 yers old and below upon check in)
2. PROOF OF RECENT ARRIVAL TO THE ISLAND OF OAHU
We will NOT honor reservations of guests without the valid ID AND the ticket. NO REFUNDS will be made. We appreciate your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept cancellations/changes only via e-mail
Please note that any cancellations/changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.
The deposit will not be refunded or transferred for any cancellations/changes
We charge the total of the first night for all cancellations made less than 24 hours and no shows.
In case you cancel any individual night(s) of your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time or upon/after check in, the deposit and the payment for the night(s) will not be refunded or transferred.
In case of no show, we will charge in full for the first night and cancel the reservations for the second night and thereafter. |
