APARTMENT Y - area 33 sqm in total.
Studio apartment with king size matrimonial bed and airconditioner, comfort living room with sofa which can be transformed in bed for 1 extra persons/ 2 children. Small kitchen, fully equipped, and nice bathroom. Capacity - 2+1 person.
Located on the top level of department store "Minčeta", in the heart of the business center of Dubrovnik called Gruž, overlooking the harbour of Dubrovnik. Easy to reach from any direction or by any means of transportation, apartments have their private elevator, security guard protected entrance and parking plateau.
Old Town Dubrovnik is easy to reach by bus or car (5 min) or by foot (15 min) - aprox. 1,5 km far.

X & Y APARTMENTS are located on the 3rd floor of the Department Store "Minčeta", in the business center of Dubrovnik called Gruž, in the middle of Gruž bay, with a Port on one side, and beautiful Lapad peninsula on the other, and a just 1,5km from Old Town.
Apartments are easy to reach by any means of transportation or from any direction, Port and a Main bus station are less then a 1 km away.
Local bus station and gas station are close to the building.
Supermarket, several bank officess, and a main post office are just 200 meters far.
Except main two entrances, it has private entrance on the side of the building, with private elevator.
In the DS Minčeta, there are many shops and bars, as well as bakery and the famous and luxury beauty center.
Snack bar in the front building entrance is offering a delivery of food and drinks on order.
Each apartment has one parking place reserved on the buildings private plateau, with a remote key for parking gates, which is guarded by security guard.
