Located at Porta Maestra, the main gate, Villa Town Gate lies on the street leading from the square to the renaissance part of the city and towards the fortress, looking at the main gastronomic street in Hvar with its’ leading restaurants. Modernly decorated rooms & apartments are fully equipped with air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet access, LCD TVs and refrigerator.

Location & Transportation

During the day you can easily reach every beach, and when the sun comes down you can enjoy Hvar by night: beach parties, restaurants, cocktail bars, concerts are all very close to you.

The 15th century city walls enclosing the old part of the town have 4 gates, and this is the Main gate (Porta maestra) because it leads from the square to the aristocratic part of the city and towards the fortress. Once you pass the gate, our Villa is the first on the right and it is situated on a tiny street visited during the history by artists and poets searching for their inspiration.
