This modern white villa is located in the small town of Podstrana on the Dalmation Coast, opposite the beach and seven kilometres from Split-Center.
	Apartments are built according to high standards quality and were marked with three stars. Modernly designed and equipped for excellent comfort, apartments offer you wireless internet, Sat TV and air-conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen gives you he possibility to prepare even more complicated dishes. Every apartment has a large terrace overlooking the sea or the nearby mountains
	With the beach so close by, you can conveniently take part in a large number of water sports available. Alternatively, venture a little further afield and explore the sights of the old town Split. There you can visit museums, exhibitions and the Split Summer Festival.

Location & Transportation

Villa Javor is in the most attractive part of Podstrana, 30 m from beach. It has a very good bus communication to Split (5km) and Resnik Airport(25km). The place is between Split and Omiš(15km). Nearby Hotel Lav offers all sports and recreational services as well as various social events.
Directions	Podstrana is 10km away from Split and nearest bus, train, ferry station and nearest airport is 30km away and is situated in Resnik. On request we offer transport from stations and airport.
