Apartments are located on two locations, one is on the first floor with no elevator, and another is on the fourth floor (Penthouse), also with no elevator.

Apartments are located in the old town of Split, 300 meters from the Diocletian's Palace and 200 meters from the waterfront. Croatian National Theatre Split is situated only 100 meters from the apartments. The apartments are surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants and exclusive shops.
