The Lagoa da Conceição neighborhood is is a district located within a large lagoon of same name near the center of Florianópolis. The area has a small town center with a medical clinic, post office, pharmacies, supermarkets, boutique stores and specialty shops. The town gets particularly crowded during the Brazilian summer vacation.
The Lagoa da Conceição district also encompasses some of the island's beaches, including Praia Mole beach and Joaquina beach, both of which have hosted major international professional surf tour events. | | Directions | From the bus terminal, you need to get the 360 bus or any bus that goes to Lagoa da Conceição.
